Mainsprings’ secondary campus is located on the shores of Lake Victoria, west of Mwanza, Tanzania. This site began to be developed into 2018, and in just 1 year Mainsprings saw their campus transition into a flourishing food forest!

After implementing Permaculture at their flagship campus in 2012, Mainsprings began to transform the landscape around them. By 2019, a once rocky and barren landscape located east of Mwanza, Tanzania, had become a regenerated ecosystem that produced an abundance of food and created a living classroom where they continue to implement Permaculture programs today!
